Working with social movements, and other civil society organisations across South Africa to develop community owned networks that offer both secure affordable internet access and free on-network resources to local communities:
- Work with existing social movements and community organisations to develop and maintain community networks and resell bulk data at affordable rates as a source of income.
- Enabling local community networks to become self-sufficient by developing capacity and supplying/servicing network and self-hosting equipment.
- Promote a connectivity commons where content can be uploaded to local networks and accessed at no cost.
